All I want for Christmas...
So I'll be home in 5 days, and I realize I likely won't have the time to post all the things I've been meaning to post for awhile now. I know I owe you all:- one more walking tour through Hampstead and Highgate
- brit-town deathmatch, the Christmas edition - London vs. Sheffield
- tales from the trip to the Fatherland
- show reviews of Sufjan Stevens, New Pornographers, Young at Heart Chorus, and Franz Ferdinand
- the results of my extensive venue research
In other news, I ran across Gavin's livejournal Christmas wishlist the other day, and thought I'd post my own:
All I want for Christmas
1) 17 perfectly completed research surveys
2) A proper one-on-one conversation with each and every one of you reading this once I get home. Leave me a comment, email me, or call me letting me know what time is good for you to have a chat over a cuppa.
3) A good choir that will let me sing with them come the new year.
4) A (not necessarily good) band that will let me sing with them in the new year.
5) Barring the above two wishes, to take part in some fantastic Christmas carolling.
6) Good sushi. A real hot dog. Jugo Juice.
7) Guitar tabs (that are easy) for songs you'd sing along to at a party.
8) A funny boy that will let me kiss him without needing to get into plans or promises right away...seriously, is this so much to ask?
9) A brightly coloured 500-piece puzzle that will keep me entertained over what I hope will be a deliciously quiet Christmas holiday with lots of hugs and affection from my family.
10) Oh, and did I mention some completed surveys would be good?

Only two people have commented so far. Does that mean only two people want to see you when you get back? Well, I'm sure that's not the case, but add me to your list of people to see on your return. My work sked is kinda scary over the next two weeks, but I'm sure we can figure something out. Good luck finishing up all your work!
